I use AI extensively in other areas of my life, but when it comes to writing, I follow a strict “no AI” policy.
I write to express my own thoughts. If the writing is poor, that reflects my current ability; if it’s good, it’s because I’ve communicated something effectively.
The only exception I allow is basic proofreading (grammar and spelling only). I don’t use AI to generate, restructure, or meaningfully edit my writing.
